- "The Story" - This is a new sermon series bas on a book entitiled, "The Story," that condenses the Bible into 31 accessible chapters. This new sermon series will run for 30 weeks beginning on 19 February. Get your copy of the book from the church office.
- Yesterday's Youth (Senior Adult) - We have a very active group of Senior Adults at First Baptist that we call the YY's (Yesterday's Youth). They meet the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. for brunch followed by a guest speaker that is revenant to their needs. Weekly, they minister to eight local nursing home facilities. While our choir sings, others help the residents and spread the love of God to each one. Throughout the year we have fun-filled activities and trips. Take a look at just some of the plans for 2012. - Women's Ministry - Throughout the year our Women's Ministry Leaders offer bible studies. Currently we are offering Beth Moore's study of the book of James, "Mercy Triumphs" on Sunday afternoon 4:30 and on Monday evenings at 6:30. We also offer Kay Arthur's study, "Lord, I Want to Know You", each Monday afternoon at 1:00.
